No. All content is pre-recorded and available on demand. You’ll also receive two private mentoring sessions with Elínrós, which you’ll schedule at a time that works for you.

The first step is to move through the program from start to finish — ideally following the rhythm of one session per week.

You may feel called to revisit certain sessions as your awareness expands. Let that be guided by resonance, not routine.

The entire program can also be repeated once or twice a year, if you wish to spiral through it at a higher octave.

But during your first time through, the most important thing is this: One session per week, received with presence.
Let the light settle. Let the work integrate. Let your system unfold.

If you sleep through or feel disconnected for more than half of the session, it’s best to repeat it the next day, after giving your system time to reset. Don’t move on to the next module until the current session has been received properly — with presence and availability.

Once fully received, a session only needs to be done once. It will continue unfolding multidimensionally throughout the following week. That’s why it’s important to wait at least 7 days between modules — even if a session feels light or easy.
